Deposit and Cancellation

Please note that a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required to secure your reservation. The final payment will be automatically deducted from the credit card provided for the deposit, one day prior to the scheduled arrival date. Kindly be advised that refunds are not provided for early departures or cancellations. Additionally, at least one occupant must be at least 25 years of age to book accommodations.
